Thank you for shopping with REM Naturals. We are committed to processing and shipping your order as quickly as possible.


Order Processing


All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Please note that during high order volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.


Shipping Rates


We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 (before taxes and discounts) within the United States.


For orders under $50, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping carrier’s current rates.


Shipping Times


Estimated delivery times after shipment:


Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Expedited Shipping (if available): 2–3 business days

Shipping Carriers


We ship orders using reliable carriers such as USPS, UPS, or other available shipping services. The carrier used may vary depending on your location and shipping method selected.


Tracking Your Order


Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can monitor your package’s delivery status.


Incorrect Addresses


Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the package.


Lost or Delayed Packages


Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.


If your tracking number shows that the package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier directly.


If you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue.


Damaged Packages


If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged packaging and products so we can resolve the issue.
