Thank you for supporting our small business. Because our skincare products are handmade and personal care items, we have a limited return policy to ensure product safety and quality.
Returns
Due to the nature of skincare products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons.
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

A description of the issue
Photos of the damaged or incorrect item and packaging
Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement product or refund, depending on the situation.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Skin Sensitivities
Because every person's skin is different, we cannot guarantee how your skin will respond to our products. For this reason, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for allergic reactions, skin sensitivities, or personal preference.
We always recommend performing a patch test before full use.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, your order may already be processed or shipped and cannot be cancelled.
Shipping Issues
Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by the shipping carrier. If your package is marked delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
If you believe your package was lost in transit, please contact us and we will do our best to help you file a claim with the carrier.
